The following shipping policy applies to eBooks, PDFs, digital products, and physical goods sold on chikusmile.com (Krushi Doctor). This policy has been kept straightforward and easy to understand for our farmer friends. 🚚

1. Products Covered by Shipping

  • Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.): Instant download or delivery via email. No shipping cost.
  • Physical Products: Sent via standard packing and courier delivery.

2. Order Processing

  • Digital (PDF) Orders: An automated download link or email is sent within 5–10 minutes of successful payment.
  • Physical Orders: Order processing begins within 1–3 business days after payment is received, after which it is dispatched for shipping.

3. Delivery Time

  • Digital Goods: Instant — sent to your email or via a WhatsApp link right after payment.
  • Physical Goods: Generally takes 3–10 business days domestically (may vary by location). Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Note: Delivery times may increase during periods of high seasonal demand, monsoons, or festivals.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Digital Products: Zero (Free).
  • Physical Products: Shipping charges may vary based on the product type and delivery location. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

  • For physical shipments, a tracking number and the courier’s name will be provided to you via email or WhatsApp.
  • For digital orders, an email confirmation with the download link will serve as your tracking.

6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors. In such cases, we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
  • If a package arrives damaged or gets lost, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue with the courier and take the appropriate next steps.
  • If claims of damaged or lost physical goods are verified, our policy regarding reshipment or refunds/credits will apply (see Returns section).

7. Returns & Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Once downloaded, these are generally non-refundable due to the instant nature of the content. However, we will gladly assist in cases of technical issues or corrupted files.
  • Physical Items: Specific terms and timelines for returning or canceling physical items are outlined on our Refund / Cancellation Policy page. Please refer to that page for detailed conditions.

8. International Shipping

Our primary focus is currently on serving farmers and customers within India. If available, international shipping will be subject to different terms, prior approval, and additional costs. Please contact us for overseas requirements.

9. Force Majeure (Special Circumstances)

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or sudden disruptions in courier services. However, we will provide as much assistance as possible to resolve the issue.
